Is Standard Process Iodomere Right For You?

Claimed as providing support to the thyroid function and immune as well as cellular function, Standard Process Iodomere has iodine content between Standard Process Trace Minerals B12 and Standard Process Prolamine Iodine.

It was designed and is currently manufactured by a company founded in Milwaukee called Standard Process. Its founder is Dr. Royal Lee who is viewed on the nutritional market as the “Einstein of nutrition.” His products are based on the idea that the source of the ingredient is more important than the quantity. Because of this, even tiny amounts of carefully chosen whole foods can provide a considerable positive effect on the human body.

The formula contains multiple nutrients which come from a wide array of plant, animal and shellfish sources. Each tablet offers approximately 160 mg conch, also known as Strombus gigas which represents a natural protein source. Furthermore, the carrot root provides natural antioxidants, beta carotene, and vitamins. The producers claim that the nutrients found in Iodomere were processed in a way that determined a preservation of the nutrients that remained complete and intact.

Mainly, this product should support standard basis metabolism and healthy thyroid functions. However, none of the manufacturer statements were evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
