Listol Review

Is Listol Right For You?

Listol is marketed as a breakthrough supplement designed as a non-toxic alternative to commonly prescribed drugs for ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) in adults and children. The company behind this product is Progressive Health. This formulation contains various minerals, vitamins and amino acids designed to support the body’s natural calming mechanism and offer relief from the most common ADHD symptoms. The formula also contains the herb Huperzine A, but it is present in a rather small amount (1 mg per serving).

Progressive Health is a U.S. based manufacturer of dietary supplements which enjoys a positive reputation among users of their formulations. The manufacturer’s website is under maintenance at the time of this review. Hence we are unable to access certain sections.

Listol is stated as all natural remedy designed to assist the needs of both children and adults. The supplement is preferred among consumers because of its reduced number of side effects as compared to other medication usually prescribed for this condition.

Ingredients of Listol

Listol includes the following ingredients: Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate), Copper (as copper gluconate), DMAE Bitartrate, Di-Methyl-Glycine, GABA Powder, Glycine, Huperzine A Extract (Huperzia Serrata) (moss), Iron (as Iron Citrate), Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide), Phosphatidylserine, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL), Zinc (as zinc oxide), Gelatin, Rice Powder, and Magnesium Stearate.

I love how Listol has made me more alert and how it makes me stay concentrated on a single task for more than 10 minutes, which is something I could never do before. I can now finish something I started, without having to interrupt it.

My son was diagnosed with ADHD a couple of years back and we’ve been trying all sorts of treatments to help him cope with this terrible disease. Before Listol he was still having problems concentrating and his teachers complained a lot about him being hard to control in class. Now his grades have improved and also his relationship with his colleagues and teachers. He is more obedient and responsive.

I didn’t like the smell of this product. And although I tried to take them, after a couple of weeks I had to stop. I can’t say I saw much improvement in my overall state. I don’t recommend it.

Listol is a non-prescription drug designed to help people with ADHD, but it didn’t do absolutely anything for my 16 years old daughter. After almost 2 months she is as chaotic and hyperactive as ever, so I will discontinue. Don’t buy.

Wow epic adviserse effect here…. I’m so upset and sad to advise…. I got Listol to help my 11 yr old son with his inattentive behaviours, focus incapabilities. He like others has a strong warm caring heart is fantastically sporty naturally who needs a helping hand to stay focused and complete tasks. Im totally amazed with what Listol has done to him….. his behaviours and maturity have declined so much hes acting the age of a 4 year old even to the point of un natural crying temper tantrums at home and in public he has become more and more out spoken with silly silly comments and his constant interuptions have worsened by 90% ….. this stuff has actually made me step back and think what the heck have I done to you my beautiful boy as he acts possessed this experience has sickened me to the core….. I have stopped giving him the 3 recommened pills for his age group in total…. I just want my boy back!!! Needless to say im sending them back for a refund and will never dabble in any supplements again.

IMy son is 10, he has a terrible time staying on task and focusing in school. I am hoping this product helps him becuause I feel so helpless when it comes to what he needs. He is a bright, helpful and yes smart child whose also a talented little athlete & drummer. If this product helps him with his attention disorder it would mean the world. Pray4us.

Sadly I had mixed results with Listol on my daughter. She started improving at first but then things got slightly chaotic from time to time. I thought that I could depend on this product but things did not turn out the way I planned.

My wife and I are thinking to buy this for our 10 year old daughter that was diagnosed with ADHD. I heard about it from a family friend that told us about the progress of his 8 years old boy with the same problem. We were impressed about his results and we decided to buy it for our girl.

My son seems to be a little better since he started Listol treatment. The doctor prescribed him this formula and it seems to make a difference for him. Although the results are small and not as expecting, we must be patient and hope for the best.

My daughter is much better since she started taking Listol. She used to be unable o do even basic school tasks. Now she’s not among the best student, but at least she can stay at a normal level. I am very confident that this will help her improve more in the long run.

As far as symptoms go, it is good enough to consider. However, if you miss the treatment for one day only, it’s like starting all over again. And you have to wait for relief to ramp up for a week or two. Not a pleasant situation.

Listol was not as effective as my prescribed drug. I only started using it because of the side effects I encountered. Now I don;t know whether to go on using Listor or try a different prescription. I see some use both, maybe I will give that a try.

  13. 15

I tried to replace my old ineffective medication with this but it didn’t work very well. My progress was slow and unreliable. However, when I switched back to my old pills I did not give up Listol and I took both. Now I am lot better than I ever was!

It didn’t work for me. I tried so hard, but I just can’t see the value here. I’ve had better ones and I also had cheaper ones. It’s not a good choice in my opinion. Try searching for similar products somewhere else.

My daughter has ADHD and lately she started treatment, but she also takes this. By now her symptoms seem to be under control so I guess we are lucky. Hopefully she will get rid of it soon!

I’ve improved a lot since I started using Listol. I can learn a lot more in class than I used to and my teacher does not yell at me anymore for not answering her questions. I am glad I found this medicine because I would have been very sad to continue the way I was.

This thing works well. I was scared at first because I was always dizzy after using it. My doctor said it probably had nothing to do with it because it should not have that effect at all. Indeed, after two weeks the dizziness went away and never came back. My attention span is fairly normal I think, so I’m overall satisfied with it.

  18. 20

The only thing I can say about it is that it did not work for me. I’ve had a few friends that said otherwise, but I didn’t feel any better.

I’ve been suggested this product by my son’s school pediatrician. So far it seems to be helping, I am quite happy with the way he is progressing. This opinion is shared by the other parents I’ve talked with. It may help.

I got diarrhea after using Listol for three days. I’m not sure why but I switched to Attend which works better for me.

  21. 23

Our pediatrician recommended us to buy Listol for our 11 yr old who’s suffering from ADHD. We noticed some improvement in his grades, he’s less hyper and his teachers are also saying that he seems to be less easily distracted by noises.

  22. 24

was hoping that it would help alleviate some of the “brain Fog” I am currently experiencing. It did not work for me.

  23. 25

I wish I could say this worked for me because this was our last resort before medication. I have tried so many different things and nothing has worked for my son.

  24. 26

I had great hopes for this product. My son refused to swallow them so I had to mix them up. I didn’t notice any changes until 2 1/2 weeks into it. His symptoms of hyperactivity worsened. He was off the charts.

  25. 27

I am happy to report no adverse side affects on this supplement. My sons grades seem to be improving and I’ve noticed

  26. 28

My son has ADHD inattentive. He is not hyperactive, but has a lot of trouble staying on task and we’ve tried some other things and so I thought we could give this a try. We are taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
